Here's the Workout list :
1) Rope Skipping 70-100 reps/set
2) Metabolic Mountain Climber 30 sec's/set
3) Alternative Bicep Curls 12 reps/set
4) Triceps Extension 12 reps/set
5) Dip 8-12 reps/set
6) Plank 30 sec's
First, warm up and stretch the whole body parts to avoid any injuries. Now u start with Rope skipping with 100 reps. After finish the rope skipping, with non-stop, u start with the metabolic mountain climber long last for 30 seconds. Once done,straight away to alternative bicep curls for 8-12 reps depends on ur strength. Done with the alternative bicep curls,maintain ur form with non-stop u start with the triceps extension with 8-12 reps, den do the dip 8-12reps as well. After the arm routine, going back to rope skipping for 70 reps. With all these exercises, consider as 1 set. Do it 4 set with a 30 seconds rest. After the whole routine, do plank for 30 seconds to ripped ur abs. It's a save time workout. I done all 4 set in just 40 min,believe it or not? Well, it's the fact. :)
